Thatssoosmooth Policies
Please arrive on time. If you do not arrive after 10-15 minutes upon your appointment, it will be canceled. Cancellation must be done 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to adhere the policy will result in losing your deposit.

Lateness/Cancellation
You may only reschedule once with the same deposit, must be within the same month of booking. Please Reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. After 24 hours this is considered a cancellation.

Rescheduling
Please send your $25 Deposit to our Zelle: Thatssoosmooth@gmail.com . This goes towards your remaining balance. Cash is preferred. We do accept, Credit & Debit cards, Apple Pay. Any card and Zelle payments is an automatic 8.875% NYS tax fee appliance.

Please avoid Retinols, Tretinoin, and harsh exfoliants/active ingredients 5-7 days prior to your facial appointment. Avoid waxing/shaving the face 48 hours prior to your appointment. Let’s get that skin prepped for your facial !
